This staff was
created for Rockin Roddy who is hosting an event In Michigan called "Lazy Hayes Days" this is his second annual
event. The purpose of this staff was to help raise enough money to cover the cost of the event, and hopefully a little
money towards next years event. A few notes about this staff. 1. As you noticed it's black. This is a special
edition I created. There is only one other. The other is my personal staff. Black staffs are not for sale to the general public.
Please don't ask to buy one. It won't happen. 2. The serial number on it is SE02. I own SE01. All other staffs have
a 3 digit number. 3. It has the pitchfork that is used only on my personal staff. This has never, and will never be
available to the public. 4. It has a Geo-coin embedded in the top, which makes it a trackable TB on Geocaching.com 5.
My wife who is my quality control looked at the staff...and said Wow!! That's a first from her. Usually it's a, I like it,
I love it, it looks good...etc...

I'm Jerry Carter. My Geocaching name is El Diablo. Within this website you will find various examples of my work. Be sure

This is the only hiking staff that is officially licensed by Geocaching.com. Each staff
is handmade and engraved to order. The basic staff comes with the Geocaching Logo and is signed by me (pitchfork. My Geocaching
name is El Diablo) it also comes with a leather wrist strap and a rubber tip for the foot and up to eight letters for a name.
I have now included a compass that is embedded in the top of the staff. The staffs are made from a variety of wood, Poplar
being my favorite since it cures so light, straight and sturdy. These staffs are one of a kind and are indivdually numbered.
I own the number A001 staff, Groundspeak owns the A02 staff. Due to the time that it takes to create a staff (about 6 hours),
it will usually take around 3 to 6 months to receive, it could be faster. It depends on the number of orders that I'm

For a basic staff that include the Geocaching logo and the users name up to 8 letters is
$59.95 There is an additional charge of $2.00 per letter over 8 letter. There is also a $9.05 shipping charge.

Richard (Sept1c_tank) won this staff in a raffle that I did to raise money for the Make A Wish foundation.

Recently I've been over whelmed with request to donate to local Geocaching events across the country. Originally I donated
free staffs to support these events, but I soon came to realize with the hundreds of events ongoing there was no way to keep
up with these request. Each staff I donate cost me personally about $20.00, you can see my concern here. Therefore I have
come up with an alternative. If you wish for me to be a sponser of your event I will offer discount certificates to award
